Indians are making their presence known in every sector globally. Recently concluded New York Fashion Week was also unable to escape the charms of Indian designers who showcased their native culture on the ramp.

Ace Indian designers, Bibhu Mohapatra, Naeem Khan, Premal Badiani and Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia presented some eye-popping designs for 2018's spring/summer fashion calendar.

Indian fashion designer, Premal Badiani turned many heads by paying tribute to cancer survivors with her collection. Breast cancer survivors Marry Ann DAchille and Ozlem walked the ramp for the inspirational designer.

The fashion carnival witnessed an array of models clad in Indian textiles and accessories. Hailing from Gujarat, Designer, Purvi Doshi's khadi designs caught many eyeballs.

Vaishali Shadangule's designs might not have reached the core ramp show but the platform provided by the outlying show was exploited by the designer to the greatest extent. Her play with easy silhouettes and spring layering literally stole the show.

Many Indian faces were also seen walking the international ramp donning dresses designed by globally claimed designers. Indian Models, Pooja Mor, Bhumika Arora, Natasha Ramachandran, Archana Akil Kumar and Ashika Pratt made their presence in the show.
