Legendary Indian wicket-keeper and former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni turned 37 on Saturday. Captain Cool celebrated his birthday with wife Sakshi, daughter Ziva and all the members of the Indian team in his hotel room after the game.

Although the Indian team lost the 2nd T-20I against England on 6th July, still Dhoni's birthday marked a big occasion

The celebrations were led by the Indian captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma as the rest of the team members followed in. Dhoni cut a cake with his family present at the room and the team members sang Happy Birthday song.

Veteran cricketing legend Virender Sehwag who stole the show with his hilarious wish, posting a photo of MS Dhoni’s iconic split or leg-stretch from India vs New Zealand, 2nd T20I match in 2017, Sehwag lauded him for saving the wicket commending his amazing acrobatic skill.

Sehwag in his tweet wrote, “May your life be longer than this stretch and may you find happiness in everything, faster than your stumpings. Om Finishaya Namaha!” Sehwag wrote wishing MS Dhoni Happy Birthday.

The BCCI later posted a video on its website in which all the players, led by captain Virat Kohli, wished Dhoni on camera.

Team India's Baahubali reached a significant milestone in the 2nd T20I on 6th July, as he became only the 3rd Indian cricketer after Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid to play 500 international matches when he walked on the field.

Dhoni became the 9th batsman to achieve this fleet and becoming the only wicket-keeper in the 500-match club
